Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  Models may be returned for refund within 30 days from date of original shipment subject to the conditions outlined below.  Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.  All sales of merchandise on our Special Offers page are final and not returnable.

Should you wish to return an item, you must contact us in advance for a return authorization.  Returned items must meet the following criteria:

1. Items must be double boxed, in both the original factory carton and in an outside box suitable for shipping. Note that models must be new and in an unused condition. All keys and associated items must be included with the return.
2. Items must be insured and sent with shipping prepaid.  Returns received without shipping prepaid will not be accepted.
3. Contact information, including the name of an individual in your organization, must be provided in case we have questions or require further information.

We reserve the right to impose a restocking fee if the product and/or associated items are defaced, incomplete or show signs of use.

Damaged or Defective Products

Please examine your order immediately upon receipt.  If your model(s) arrive(s) in damaged or defective condition, please contact us right away for instructions on returning the item(s).
